Editorial & Copywriting
Charles & Stuart
The Client
Charles & Stuart is a Sydney-based real estate company, with a large database of property investors, potential buyers and other interested parties.
The Challenge
To establish Charles & Stuart's credibility as a leader in its field. To keep clients and potential investors informed of property developments. To raise awareness of a new residential high rise in North Sydney, Beau Monde.
Our Approach
Llewellyn Communications produces a monthly newsletter, which is distributed to about 6,000 people on Charles & Stuart's database and carried on the company's website. We research recent developments in the property market, identify issues of relevance to landlords and customers, and include company news.
We also produced a glossy magazine, BM Magazine, which was distributed to residents and businesses in North Sydney and potential purchasers. We felt this vehicle would work better than a standard brochure in promoting North Sydney as a desirable residential area. The magazine was used to sell the idea that Beau Monde would be an integral part of a suburb rich in nightlife, cafe culture and potential growth.
Australand
The Client
Australand is a large property developer with major developments underway throughout Sydney.
The Challenge
To improve community relations around the area of the developments, to keep clients informed of the building progress, to sell the company's vision.
Our Approach
Discovery Point: the client wanted to conduct a community relations exercise near the Cooks River, an area where vast development works have led to some disruption for locals. We produce a glossy newsletter, Inside Discovery, which will be updated every six-months. Our main message was that Discovery Point would become an integral part of a future vibrant community. We also included news on plans for Sydney Airport, infrastructure upgrades and the regeneration of the Cooks River. The newsletter was sent to 50,000 potential investors and local residents. Explorer Series: We took a similar approach with the Explorer series of developments. Glossy newsletters were distributed at display suites and sent to interested parties to promote the suburbs, disseminate news on the developments, and paint a picture of the company's vision for the area.
Aevum
The Client
Aevum is a leading owner, operator and developer of retirement villages and aged care facilities in Sydney. It was previously known as Hibernian, and was about to change its name and image.
The Challenge
To develop a website to coincide with the launch of the company's new name, and revamp its image. When the company listed, we were asked to write its prospectus.
Our Approach
We produced a comprehensive website, www.aevum.com.au, emphasizing Aevum's long history in the aged care sector and the fact that it owns and operates all of its own facilities. We featured the pleasant lifestyle that its residents enjoy; included comprehensive information about each of the facilities, and created a separate section for investors. To write the prospectus, we conducted full research of the company and the marketplace, and included detailed information on the villages and the company's future plans. We then proof read and edited the document.
